Concordia offer online exchange program with Chinese Bridge to provide China cultural heritages course. This new online course on traditional Chinese batik and tie-dyeing techniques has been launched, with the aim of promoting Chinese culture and heritage. The course focuses on the artistic and practical aspects of these textile printing and dyeing crafts, which have been designated as important intangible cultural heritages in China. Students will learn to transform old clothes using simple tools and can use either chemical dyes or natural plant dyes for their projects. The course also includes cultural appreciation lessons, where students will gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture, ethnic minorities, and the rich regional characteristics and natural scenery of Southwest China. The course is open to anyone who loves Chinese traditional culture and will run from February 19th to 23rd, 2022.

Chinese Bridge is a contest for foreign students on their mastery of the Chinese language, promoted by the Chinese National Hanban and established as a plan to introduce Chinese to the world.
