Refund Policy

  1. The registration fee is not refundable under any condition.
  2. There will be no refund of the tuition fee if the student is found in violation of school regulations, policies, code of conducts and asked to withdraw from the school.
  3. Refund Policies for Virtual Online Programs:
    1. A full refund of program and tuition fee will be made if the applicant decided to withdraw his/her application from the Concordia Ontario Academy at least 60 days prior to his/her starting date of the school.
      1. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
        1. An official written notice indicating the reasons why not attending the school, signed by both the applicant and his/her parents/guardians. A form or template will be provided upon request.
        2. The original Concordia Ontario Academy Official Letter of Acceptance.
        3. The original receipt of tuition fee payment.
      2. Once the receipt of above documents, a refund will be issued in 10 business days.
    2. A fifty percent (50%) refund of program and tuition fee will be made if the applicant decided to withdraw his/her application from the Concordia Ontario Academy at least 30 days but
    3. 56less than 60 days prior to his/her starting date of the school.
      1. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
        1. An official written notice indicating the reasons why not attending the school, signed by both the applicant and his/her parents/guardians. A form or template will be provided upon request.
        2. The original Concordia Ontario Academy Official Letter of Acceptance.
        3. The original receipt of tuition fee payment.
      2. Once the receipt of above documents, a refund will be issued in 10 business days.
    4. Program and tuition fees are not refundable once students registered.
  4. Refund Policies for In-person Programs:
    1. A full refund of program and tuition fee will be made if the applicant’s visa was rejected by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
      1. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
        1. The original Letter of Rejection from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
        2. The original Concordia Ontario Academy Official Letter of Acceptance.
        3. The original receipt of tuition fee payment.
      2. Once the receipt of above documents, a refund will be issued in 10 business days.
    2. A seventy percent (50%) refund of program and tuition fee will be made if the applicant applied study permit but later decided to withdraw his/her application from the Concordia Ontario Academy at least 15 days prior to his/her starting date of the school.
      1. Please notice that once the applicant noticed Concordia Ontario Academy, COA will report to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and the applicant’s study permit is automatically cancelled.
      2. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
        1. An official written notice indicating the reasons why not attending the school, signed by both the applicant and his/her parents/guardians. A form or template will be provided upon request.
        2. The original Concordia Ontario Academy Official Letter of Acceptance.
        3. The original receipt of tuition fee payment.
        4. The proof that student left Canada for at least 5 days or hasn’t arrived yet.
  • Once the receipt of above documents, a refund will be issued in 10 business days.
  1. A fifty percent (50%) refund of program and tuition fee will be made if the applicant attended the school and decided to discontinue within 30 days after the starting of the school.
    1. Please notice that once the applicant noticed Concordia Ontario Academy, COA will report to the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and the applicant’s study permit is automatically cancelled.
    2. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
      1. An official written notice indicating the reasons why discontinue the school, signed by both the applicant and his/her parents/guardians. A form or template will be provided upon request.
      2. The original Concordia Ontario Academy Official Letter of Acceptance.
      3. The original receipt of tuition fee payment.
      4. The proof that student left Canada for at least 5 days or hasn’t arrived yet.
  • Once the receipt of above documents, a refund will be issued in 10 business days.
  1. Program and tuition fees are not refundable once students registered more than 30 days.
